RBI Issues Final Guidelines on Lending to REITs and InvITs in India
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued final guidelines on lending to Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs) in India. Banks can lend to these trusts if they meet certain eligibility criteria and risk weightages.
