NCLAT Offers Supreme Housing Last Opportunity to Settle Canara Bank Dues
The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has given Supreme Housing its final chance to settle its outstanding dues of ₹567 crore with Canara Bank. The company must deposit ₹460 crore by June 13, 2026, or face insolvency proceedings.
