NCLAT Allows Withdrawal of Insolvency Case Against Oswal Overseas with ₹2.80 Crore Settlement
The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has allowed the withdrawal of insolvency proceedings against Oswal Overseas, following a settlement with its financial creditor LH Sugar Factories for ₹2.80 crore. The matter will now be placed before the Committee of Creditors (CoC) for further proceedings.
